Refund and Returns Policy

This is a one-time charge that will appear on your statement as Aurexio Motion Arts.

At Aurexio Motion Arts, we strive to provide high-quality creative services and maintain customer satisfaction. Due to the custom nature of animation and design work, refunds are subject to the following policy.

Eligible Refund Requests

Refund requests may be considered when:

  • A project has not yet started.
  • A duplicate payment was made.
  • We are unable to deliver the agreed service.
  • Cancellation is requested before production begins.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • Initial concepts, drafts, or storyboard work have been delivered.
  • The client approves project milestones.
  • The project has been completed.
  • Delays are caused by the client’s lack of communication.
  • Change of mind occurs after work has started.
  • The client decides not to use the completed work.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued based on the amount of work completed.

Examples include:

  • Research and planning completed
  • Script development completed
  • Storyboard creation completed
  • Animation production partially completed

Any refund amount will be determined fairly based on project progress.

Project Abandonment

If a client becomes unresponsive for more than 30 consecutive days, the project may be considered abandoned.

No refunds will be provided for abandoned projects where work has already been performed.

Chargebacks

Clients agree to contact Aurexio Motion Arts before initiating chargebacks or payment disputes.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of services and legal recovery actions where applicable.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

Refund processing typically requires 7–14 business days depending on the payment provider.
